How We Train
We aim to make the sessions are fun as possible! We start with short sharp circuit to warmup and bond as group. All the exercises and routines are adaptable to all bodies or abilities so there's no expectation to be super fit or skilled. We then have a stretch and move to combinations on the pads.

No need to come with a partner, we can match you up with someone. A lot of martial arts is about the community and connections we make a long the way!

We have all our own pads and gloves but if you have your own please bring then along.
