How We Train

Our aim with how we structure our training is to make the process enjoyable and to maximise learning potential. In this class we follow the 'ecological approach' where task based games are played to make things fun and make learning more organic. We try to avoid teaching specific techniques and instead focus on teaching the core concepts of positions to allow you to choose techniques that work for you, this also makes the classes less overwhelming. Through this training structure, we are looking to advance our physical and mental fitness through intense and focused sessions. We hope this way we can remove hierarchy and have a space of shared learning.

Classes are held weekly and pay as you go so your not tied into a membership. All abilities are welcomed and encouraged. Tag along to share your wisdom or try something new!
